Ben Elron
Biography
Overview
Ben is an associate in White & Case's Washington, DC, office, where he represents clients in White Collar criminal and civil matters and in complex commercial disputes. Ben also advises clients in the fintech space, with a focus on the rapidly developing regulatory landscape facing blockchain and digital asset projects.
Prior to law school, Ben worked as a management consultant in the life sciences and biotechnology spaces, and as a technology strategist in Silicon Valley. Ben has clerked with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia and with the Commonwealth Attorney's Office for the City of Charlottesville.
Ben also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing disabled veterans in federal appellate proceedings and incarcerated individuals in sentence reduction petitions and prisoners rights litigation.
