Ben von Maur is an associate in the Firm's London office. He focuses on private equity acquisitions and equity investments. Ben has also advised on a broad range of corporate transactions (including domestic, cross-border and global mergers and acquisitions) and management teams in relation to the equity incentive arrangements. Ben is currently on secondment to the Firm's New York Office.
