CVC Capital Partners

  • CVC on the acquisition of a majority interest in Partner in Pet Food Group (PPF) from Cinven for €2 billion.
  • CVC and EMMA Capital on their acquisition of 100% ownership of Packeta, s.r.o., a leading e-commerce logistics and delivery player in Czechia and Slovakia.
