Bérénice Le Diascorn is an associate in the Global Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice of White & Case, based in Paris. Her practice focuses on corporate reorganizations and insolvency proceedings. She represents distressed companies and groups, as well as shareholders and investment funds, in complex financial and legal restructurings, both "in court" and "out of court".
Bérénice joined the Firm in September 2023 from a boutique law firm in New York, where she was an associate focusing on complex commercial litigation involving fraud, insolvency, and asset recovery.
