Berny Chong is Deputy General Counsel based in the Singapore office. She advises the Firm's lawyers on issues relating to professional responsibility and compliance, with a focus on queries originating in the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel of the Firm, Berny supported the Corporate/M&A team in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region on internal and client facing aspects of professional support. She previously supported the Structured Finance and Derivatives team in the London office in a professional support role.

Berny previously worked in the Finance practice group of an international law firm and was a Justice's Law Clerk with the Singapore Supreme Court.
