Bhavini Kakani is an associate in the Litigation group in the Firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes representing international clients in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration law and criminal justice.

Bhavini received her JD from New York University, where she was the senior notes editor of the New York University Law Review and an Institute for International Law and Justice scholar. She currently coaches New York University's Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, after participating for two years as an oralist, including as a quarterfinalist in the international rounds at Washington DC.
