

Biography
Brian Robion is an associate in the Intellectual Property and Information Technology (IP/IT) practice of White & Case in Paris.
He advises and represents French and international clients on both advisory and litigation matters, with a focus on complex and high-stakes issues in intellectual property, information technology, internet law, and data protection.
His experience covers a wide range of IP matters, including copyrights, trademarks, designs and models, as well as IT agreements such as software licenses, systems integration, outsourcing, ASP, SaaS, and cloud computing contracts. Brian also assists clients with issues relating to e-commerce, online gambling, the liability of technical intermediaries, and compliance with French and EU data protection regulations.
Before joining White & Case, Brian worked in the IP/IT departments of several leading international law firms in Paris, where he developed a strong expertise in navigating the intersection of technology, law, and innovation for diverse industry sectors.
