Biography

Overview

Callum is an associate in the Construction & Engineering group of the Firm's London office. He is experienced in acting in construction disputes arising out of infrastructure, energy, and commercial development projects and his practice has a strong international focus.

Callum joined White & Case in 2017 from another leading construction firm, where he was an associate in the construction disputes team for over three years, during which he spent time in the firm's Abu Dhabi and Singapore offices.

He acts for contractors, subcontractors, multinational employers, and owners, and has experience advising on ICC, ADCCAC, UNCITRAL and LCIA arbitrations, statutory adjudication and mediation, and has experience working with the FIDIC, NEC and JCT standard forms, as well as bespoke contracts.
