Cameron Lee is an associate in the Project Development and Finance Practice in Singapore, having previously worked in our London office. He has experience supporting a variety of project financings and M&A transactions, including high-profile acquisitions and platform financings for major energy and infrastructure clients. Cameron's work spans deals involving leading international companies and complex cross-border matters, providing valuable support on transactions of significant scale.
Experience
Cameron's experience includes supporting:
- Seplat Energy Plc (LON: SEPL) on financing its US$1.3 billion acquisition of ExxonMobil's entire oil and gas assets onshore/shallow waters.
- Shell on financing its divestment of Nigerian onshore assets to the Renaissance consortium, including lending US$2.5 billion to finance the acquisition and cover future joint venture development costs.
- A leading European midstream infrastructure business on a platform financing with a total value of around £600 million.
- A national government in Asia on the harmonisation of its federal and provincial mining and minerals regime, including drafting a new overarching legislation and preparing a national mining policy.
