Camille Deveseleer is an associate in our Corporate and M&A practice. She advises private and publicly traded companies. She focuses her practice on M&A and private equity transactions, capital markets and general corporate law advice.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in law from the FUNDP (Namur) and a Master's degree in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Louvain-la-Neuve). She spent her Erasmus at Trinity College, Dublin. Camille also holds a DES in Finance from Ichec-Entreprises.
Prior to joining White & Case, Camille had an internship in the legal department of a listed company, and worked for four years at a leading Belgian law firm where she advised on several domestic and cross-border acquisitions files, private equity/venture capital files and capital markets.
She has also been a teaching assistant in corporate law at UCL since 2013.
Advising Zetes Industries, a Belgian company listed on Euronext Brussels, on the sale by its key shareholders of a controlling participation to Panasonic Group.
Advising the group Wilhelm & Co regarding the sale of its shares in the companies owning "les Parkings de l'Esplanade" in Louvain-la-Neuve to the group MyPark.
Advising Guardiola SA and CETIM SA regarding the acquisition by Guardiola of 25% of the shares of CETIM SA, a real estate investment and development company.
Advising Belcube, a Belgium-based angel investment fund, with respect to an equity increase of Qover.
