Biography
Camille is an associate in the Firm's New York office and a member of the Firm's Global Litigation Practice. Camille's practice focuses on litigating complex business disputes and merger litigations, as well as bankruptcy disputes and adversary proceedings, many with billions of dollars at stake. She has played a leading role in teams during all phases of litigation, including guiding clients through complex discovery proceedings, and litigating numerous trials and appeals.
Camille has significant experience in both state and federal court litigating and advising on contract claims, commercial disputes, securities matters, and corporate governance issues, and has acted on behalf of both debtors and creditors in a number of significant insolvency proceedings. She also has experience litigating business and commercial disputes involving complex, cross-border issues.

Representation of Elevance Health (then known as Anthem) in a high-profile action resulting from the failed US$54 billion acquisition of Cigna Corporation. The case involved competing claims for tens of billions of dollars, and was closely followed by major media outlets as one of the most-watched business cases. White & Case achieved a landmark victory for Anthem, defeating each of Cigna's claims for billions of dollars.
Representation of Avis Budget Group, Inc. in connection with securities claims under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act, resulting in a $650 million settlement pending court approval – the largest Section 16(b) recovery of all time.
Representation of the Texas Rangers in connection with the enforcement of the team's rights under the Telecast Rights Agreement between the team and a subsidiary of debtor Diamond Sports Group, resulting in a successful outcome requiring that the debtor make the full contractual payments to the Texas Rangers and other baseball teams.
Representation of GoldenTree Asset Management, a holder of approximately $1 billion of bonds issued by PREPA, in connection with PREPA's ongoing restructuring proceedings under Title III of the Puerto Rico Oversight, Management, and Economic Stability Act ("PROMESA") in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.
Representation of the Boy Scouts of America in connection with the historic non-profit's chapter 11 reorganization confirmation proceedings.
Representation of Braemar Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in connection with numerous corporate disputes, governance matters, and securities disputes, including defeating a motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction brought by dissident shareholder seeking to postpone the Braemar's annual shareholder meeting.
Representation of a credit card issuing bank in a class-action and related appeals in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York relating to credit reporting practices.
