Candace is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case, and a member of the Firm's global technology industry group. Her litigation practice focuses on representing technology and social media companies in commercial litigation disputes. In particular, she serves as a member of a team that manages international civil litigation and regulatory investigations for Facebook on a global basis, including matters concerning privacy and data protection (GDPR), intermediary liability, hate speech, defamation, intellectual property infringement, and consumer class action claims.
Candace earned her JD, with a focus on Business Law, from USC Gould School of Law. During law school, Candace served as a member of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and was a teaching assistant for Professor Daniel Klerman.
