Candace is a senior litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of White & Case. She represents global technology companies in high-stakes, complex individual and class action commercial disputes, including in cases before the European Court of Justice and EU Member State Supreme Courts, as well as in regulatory investigations worldwide. Candace has extensive experience in matters involving data protection and privacy, hosting provider liability, hate speech, defamation, and intellectual property infringement.
Candace's experience includes two secondments as in-house litigation and regulatory counsel for a global online platform. She also serves as a member of the Firm's Global Technology Industry Group.
