Overview
Carlo Meert is a partner in the BeLux Transactional practice and the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in Brussels.
Carlo advises private equity firms and corporates on cross-border transactions, particularly mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions, as well as advising on general corporate matters.
Over the past years, Carlo has advised on some of the most significant M&A and private equity transactions in Belgium. He is ranked as 'Up and Coming' by Chambers Europe 2021 and Chambers Global 2021 for Corporate/M&A in Belgium and is a ranked as "Rising star" by IFLR1000 for M&A in Belgium.
Prior to joining White & Case, Carlo practiced in the Corporate M&A department of a leading international law firm.
