Biography

Overview

Carolin Kuehner is a member of the firm's German Commercial Litigation practice group based in Frankfurt. She advises multinational clients in complex commercial disputes in a variety of industries.

Carolin has a strong experience representing clients in courts throughout Germany. She supports clients in mass proceedings as well as high-stake individual litigations with a particular focus on banking, capital markets, corporate, real estate and social media law. Carolin has also a strong expertise in negotiating complex agreements and assists her clients in the pre-trial stadium. Carolin also defends her clients in regulatory enforcement actions, in particular in the financial and capital market area.

Furthermore, Carolin is active in the field of ESG litigation with an emphasis on liability topics in particular with a focus to human rights due diligence, supply chain and climate change disputes.

Carolin is a lecturer of Deutsche Anwaltakademie with regard to banking and capital markets law.
