Cassandre is an associate in the Belgian Transactional practice and the Global Debt Finance and Capital Markets practices.

She advises clients on a broad range of financing transactions and debt capital structures, including cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, refinancings, bridge facilities, bank/bond financings, and other lending transactions.

Cassandre holds a master's degree in law from the Catholic University of Louvain, a Specialized Master in Tax Law from the Free University of Brussels, and a LLM in International Business Law from the University of Ghent.
