Overview
Chad Klitzman is an associate in White & Case's Americas Capital Markets Group, resident in the Firm's Miami office. Chad advises issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions. He also advises clients on SPAC initial public offerings and de-SPAC business combination transactions.
Prior to joining White & Case, Chad was an associate in the New York office of another global law firm.
As a law student, Chad served as Executive Managing Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems.
