Charles Talbot is an associate in White & Case's Silicon Valley office and a member of the firm's intellectual property and competition practice groups. Mr. Talbot represents leading technology, eCommerce, and financial services companies in their intellectual property matters, with a focus on patent litigation.
During law school, Mr. Talbot worked on VAWA and U-Visa applications through his volunteer efforts with the El Centro Immigration Clinic. He also worked as a research assistant to UCLA School of Law tax professor Eric Zolt.
Mr. Talbot defends Walmart's global eCommerce division in various patent litigation matters throughout the United States.
