Biography
Charlotte Biscotti is an associate in the Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice at White & Case’s Paris office.
She advises French and international companies on all aspects of employment law, in both advisory and litigation matters. She represents clients in individual and collective employment disputes before French labor and civil courts,and assists them with internal investigations and negotiations relating to the departure of senior executives.
Charlotte also advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as restructurings and
carve-outs.
Prior to joining White & Case, Charlotte gained valuable experience at an international law firm, and in the legal department of a French video game publisher.
