Chenyuan Fu is a member of White & Case's Global Antitrust/Competition Group. She represents clients in antitrust matters and commercial disputes in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Fu worked at an international law firm in Brussels, advising clients on EU competition law matters.
Represented Pfizer in litigation alleging that J&J engaged in a multifaceted exclusionary contracting scheme to foreclose biosimilar competition to Remicade.
Defended a US drug manufacturer in an antitrust class action lawsuit alleging monopolization as well as IP and regulatory process abuse.
Advised the US subsidiary of an Asian shipping company in successfully obtaining closure of criminal grand jury investigation by Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
Represented a Chinese juice manufacturer in pursuit of damages based on breach of contract and fraud.
