Biography
Chris Jeanes is an investment funds partner in our Global Private Capital industry group and our global M&A practice based in London.
Chris advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and other institutional investors on all aspects of private funds. On the sponsor side, Chris has considerable experience advising on the structuring, fundraising and management of investment funds across a broad range of strategies. On the LP side, Chris assists a variety of investors on their investment programs, including anchor arrangements, co-investments, joint ventures, and separately managed accounts.
His practice also focuses on advising both asset managers and institutional investors on a range of secondaries transactions including GP-led continuation vehicles, and LP fundbook transactions.
