Biography
Christhy is an associate in the Firm's Intellectual Property group. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in human rights and immigration matters.
Christhy earned her law degree with honors from the University of Minnesota School of Law. During law school, she externed for the Honorable John R. Tunheim of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Christhy also served as editor-in-chief of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology and was selected as a 2025 IAPP Westin Privacy Scholar.
Prior to attending law school, Christhy worked in digital marketing and data analytics for both a Fortune 500 company and a tech startup. She graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
