Chris is an associate in White & Case's Capital Markets practice group in the Firm's Houston office.
Chris primarily advises clients in securities transactions and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining White & Case, Chris was an associate in the Houston office of another global law firm.

Representation of a large energy company in the $1.45 billion senior notes offering and concurrent cash tender offers*
Representation of the underwriters in the $625 million debentures offering for a major railroad company*
Representation of a large solar company in the securitization of residential solar and battery loan agreements*
Representation of the underwriters in a large natural gas distribution company's offering of $1 billion sustainability-linked senior notes due 2033 and $500 million senior notes due 2051*
