Ciara Lamph is an associate in our global M&A and Corporate practice based in London.
She has experience advising both domestic and international clients on a broad range of public and private transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, capital markets and general corporate advisory.
Ciara joined White & Case in 2022 and has completed a six-month secondment to the firm's Houston office. Prior to joining the firm Ciara worked in-house at two global investment banks.
