Overview

Claire Wilson is an associate in the Firm's Capital Markets group in London. 

Claire's practice focuses on advising depositary banks on a wide range of issues connected to depositary receipts, including deal structuring, the negotiation of agreements, the registration and comment process with the SEC, and managing transaction execution across different transaction types and in connection with the establishment and ongoing operation of depositary receipt programs. Claire also has experience representing investment banks and companies on a range of cross-border capital markets transactions, high-yield offerings, Rule 144A/Regulation S offerings and liability management transactions.

Claire is dual-qualified in New York and England & Wales and has completed secondments to the legal team of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and White & Case’s Moscow Office.
