Connor Gray
Biography
Overview
Connor Gray is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in London. He has a broad practice focused on complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration.
Connor has experience of English High Court litigation and arbitration under the LCIA and ICC rules.
Prior to qualifying, Connor spent six months working in the Firm's international arbitration practice in Paris.
Connor is committed to pro bono work, taking part in the Qmentoring scheme as a mentor for university students and regularly representing clients at the Royal Courts of Justice Citizens Advice Bureau.
Experience
Representing Adler Group S.A. and its subsidiaries in their successful application to sanction an English Restructuring Plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006, in relation to bond debt in excess of €3.2 billion.
Representing a Chinese-owned purchaser of a major South African mining company in consolidated ICC arbitrations relating to various entitlements due under the purchase agreements, including breach of warranty.
Acting for a UK-regulated bank in a complex fraud-based dispute arising from the enforcement of a share pledge given as security for a €150 million loan.
