Dana Masberg

Dana Masberg is a member of our Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group.

Dana advises banks, financial institutions, companies and investors on domestic and cross-border finance transactions.

She particularly advises on project, acquisition, and corporate finance as well as refinancings and restructurings. Her special focus is on financing in the energy, infrastructure and transport sector (including renewables and energy transition).

Prior to joining White & Case, Dana gathered experience as an associate in the finance department of an international law firm.
