Biography
Daniel Coca Londono is an associate in the International Arbitration Practice in Paris. Daniel has experience representing private corporations and sovereign entities in contract-based and treaty-based arbitrations. His practice covers both investment and commercial arbitration across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining White & Case, Daniel was an associate in the Bogota office of an international law firm where he was a member of the firm's Arbitration and Litigation practice groups representing, notably, private corporations in corporate, commercial and M&A related disputes.
Experience
Representing Nigeria in an ICSID arbitration brought by the Korean National Oil Corporation (KNOC) and its two 75%-owned African subsidiaries under the Korea-Nigeria BIT;
Advising a multinational tobacco company on various legal matters concerning its investments across multiple jurisdictions;
Representing an Italian company in an ICC commercial arbitration relating to the execution of a commercial agency agreement*; and
Representing the shareholders of a financial intermediary in an ICC commercial arbitration relating to the execution of a share purchase agreement*.
