Danli Guo is a Counsel in the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group, based in our Silicon Valley Office.

Ms. Guo's practice focuses on advising corporate clients, private equity/venture capital funds and investment banks in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and equity/venture financings in a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the technology and healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.

Prior to joining White & Case, Ms. Guo practiced as a transactional attorney in the New York office of another global law firm.
