David Grotts is a member of White & Case's Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance Group. His practice focuses on aircraft finance, equipment leasing and other corporate transactions. Mr. Grotts has acted for many of the world's largest financial institutions and aircraft leasing companies in several international commercial aircraft transactions. Additionally, Mr. Grotts has experience advising clients on general corporate and commercial matters.
Before joining White & Case, Mr. Grotts graduated from the University of Southern California Law School, where he was a senior copy editor and a staff editor of the Southern California Law Review. Prior to law school, Mr. Grotts worked as an English teacher in Shanghai, China.
