Overview

David is an associate in the London office, practicing in the Construction and Engineering Group. He advises on both contentious and non-contentious international construction and infrastructure projects.

David joined White & Case in 2012 as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Construction, Project Finance and Litigation and Arbitrations Groups in London, and the Asset Finance Group in the Firm's Tokyo office.

Acting for a sub-contractor in relation to an ICC arbitration concerning an LPG refinery in the Middle East.

Acting in an ICC arbitration representing a state owned developer in its dispute with a contractor arising out of the construction of primary infrastructure works for the development of a new city in the Middle East.

Representing the owner in an ICC arbitration relating to claims arising under a design-build contract relating to the main terminal building of an international airport in the Middle East.

Representing the owner in an ICC arbitration relating to claims arising under a design-build contract relating to the civil works for an international airport in the Middle East.

Acting and advising in respect of an ICC arbitration concerning the design and construction of a nuclear power plant.
