David is an Associate in the Firm's Frankfurt office. He primarily advises on cross-border mergers, acquisitions and venture capital financings.

David helps global clients navigate the intricacies of fundraising, investing and operating in the European life sciences, robotics, and software industries.

In his practice, David assists clients to prepare and select winning bids in time-sensitive competitive auction processes as well as to optimize outcomes in private negotiations. His experience includes asset and share deals.

Prior to joining White & Case, David gathered M&A experience as an associate in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm.

Advised a consortium composed of Brookfield Infrastructure and its institutional partners and GIC, Singapore's sovereign wealth fund, on the German aspects of the US$8.4 billion acquisition of Genesee & Wyoming Inc., a freight railroad owner and operator based in the United States.

Advised Easyfairs, a Belgium-based international events and venues manager for various industries and sectors, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Clarion Events Deutschland GmbH, a leading organizer of industrial trade shows in the mechanical engineering industry in Germany.

Advised Hassan Allam Holding, a leading construction and engineering group headquartered in Cairo, Egypt in its indirect acquisition of a majority interest in Bioworks AG, a global leader in waste water treatment engineering based in Munich, Germany with subsidiaries in the US and Morocco.

Advised Gasmet Technologies Oy, a portfolio company of Swedish investor Alder Fund I AB, on the acquisition of Austria-based MonitoringSystems GmbH.

Advised Nestlé S.A. on the sale of its dairy and waters businesses in Uzbekistan to the France-based Lactalis group.
