Delyan is an associate in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Group.

Delyan has experience advising distressed companies in multi-jurisdictional restructuring and insolvency processes in relation to debt restructurings and security enforcement processes. Delyan has worked with a diverse range of clients, including distressed investors, banks and corporates.

Delyan joined White & Case as a trainee solicitor, gaining experience in the Firm's Construction and Engineering group and Global M&A and Corporate practice in London. He also spent six months on secondment in the Firm's Debt Capital Markets team in Paris.
