Biography
Dilara is an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, based in the New York office. She represents public and private companies, boards of directors, shareholders, private equity firms and their portfolio companies in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other equity investments. Dilara also advises domestic and foreign companies on general corporate law matters, including governance, disclosure and compliance matters.
