Overview

Dominic is an associate in White & Case’s Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice and is based in the New York Office.

His practice focuses primarily on corporate bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including the representation of debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, out-of-court workouts, and related transactions.  

Prior to joining White & Case, Dominic served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Grossman, Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of New York.

MVK FarmCo LLC – Represented Rabobank in their prepetition role as administrative agent, bridge-facility arranger, and Steering Committee member in connection with Prima Wawona's (MVK FarmCo LLC) chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Celsius Network LCC ― Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 cases of Celsius Network LLC and its debtor affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Envision Healthcare Corporation – Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Chapter 11 case of Envision Healthcare Corporation and its debtor affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy for the Southern District of Texas.

Nordic Aviation Capital DAC – Represented an ad hoc group of secured lenders to Nordic Aviation Capital DAC and its debtor affiliates in its Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, advising on bespoke restructuring transactions for multiple aviation financing structures implemented under a pre-arranged Chapter 11 plan, including a consensual remarketing and mortgage enforcement for certain financing arrangements. *

Garrett Motion Inc. – Represented Citibank, N.A. as administrative agent under the DIP credit facility, in the Chapter 11 cases of Garrett Motion Inc. and its debtor affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, a Switzerland-based designer, manufacturer, and seller of turbocharger and electric-boosting technologies and automotive software solutions for light and commercial vehicle original equipment manufacturers worldwide. *

Windstream Holdings – Represented Uniti Group, in connection with the representation of an ad hoc committee of first lien lender in the amount of the term loan agreement and chapter 11 cases of Uniti master lease counterparty. *

GNC Holdings, Inc. – Represented largest international franchisee in connection with the Chapter 11 cases of GNC Holdings Inc. and its debtor affiliates in the United States of Delaware. *
