Biography

Dylan is an Associate in the EMEA Corporate and M&A practice. Dylan regularly advises clients on a range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, large reorganisations and other general corporate advice. Dylan has also advised issuers and underwriters on capital markets transactions including IPOs and advised listed clients on their ongoing listing and reporting obligations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Dylan worked for a Magic Circle firm in its London and Dubai offices.

Experience

Representative transactions include advising:

  • Mubadala Investment Company on the acquisition of KELIX bio, a leading pharmaceutical group, from the EBRD, British International Investment and Development Partners International.
  • Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company, PJSC (also known as Masdar) on its US$2.8 billion consortium take private (comprising of Masdar, CPPIB, ADIA and Suman Sinha (the founder)) of ReNew Energy Global plc, an Indian renewable energy developer - a UK company listed on NASDAQ.
  • Mubadala on the acquisition of 80% majority stakes in Global Medical Supply Chain LLC and Al Ittihad Drug Store LLC from GlobalOne Healthcare Holding (a subsidiary of Yas Holding).
  • Saudi Aramco on its acquisition of a 50 percent interest in Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company (BHIG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Products Qudra, itself a joint venture between Air Products and Chemicals Inc and Vision Invest.
  • Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) on the agreement to increase its ownership stake in Olam Agri Holdings Limited (Olam Agri) from 35.4 percent to 80.01 percent for approximately US$1.78 billion.
  • Unilever on the sale of its global tea business, ekaterra to CVC Capital Partners Fund VIII for €4.5 billion.*
  • The sellers on a sale of a stake in one of the largest LPG logistics and distribution businesses in Kenya.*
  • The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation on the sale of Partex Holding B.V. to PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited.*
  • Vistry Group (ex Bovis Homes Group) on its acquisition of Galliford Try's house-building business for £1.1 billion.*
  • Nestlé on its acquisition of Lily's Kitchen.*
  • a FTSE 100 client in relation to its Russian exit strategy.*
  • UK listed clients on takeover approaches, corporate governance matters and AGM reporting in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • The underwriters on London's largest IPO in 2023 for CAB Payments Holding plc, a leading business to business cross-border payments and foreign exchange operator.*
  • The managers on the block trade by Blackstone Group of its sale of £2.4 billion of shares in London Stock Exchange Group via accelerated placement.*
