Edouard Pontois is an associate in the White Collar & Investigations department of White & Case in Paris.

He specialises in criminal defense, providing both advisory and litigation services. He represents companies and individuals in national and international investigations at all stages of the proceedings.

Prior to joining White & Case, Edouard gained solid experience at leading international law firms and the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). He also practiced criminal defense alongside a major Parisian white collar attorney.

A graduate of HEC Paris and the Universities of Cergy-Pontoise and Düsseldorf, Edouard also teaches occasionally in the Master 2 Financial Criminal Law programme at the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
