Biography
Elias Schaefer is an associate in the Debt Finance group at White & Case in Frankfurt, advising primarily national and international companies as well as financial institutions.
Prior to joining White & Case in 2024, Elias Schaefer worked for four years as a trainee and research assistant for several other international law firms in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Kuala Lumpur.

A syndicate of banks consisting of Commerzbank, DZ Bank, Helaba, LBBW and SEB on the successful refinancing of the €500 million syndicated revolving credit line for Vetter Pharma-Fertigung GmbH & Co. KG (Vetter), an international pharmaceutical service provider.
wefox Holding AG (wefox), a European insurance platform headquartered in Switzerland, in connection with its financing and restructuring program.
Adler Group on its tender offer (the offer), refinancing and consent solicitation of its €300 million outstanding senior secured notes, issued by its wholly-owned subsidiary ADLER Real Estate GmbH.
Adler Group S.A. on the approximately €700 million refinancing of the 1.5L bonds issued by ADLER Financing S.à r.l. (Financing SPV), a special purpose vehicle not affiliated with Adler Group, and a corresponding interest rate adjustment between Adler Group and Financing SPV.
Funds managed by Castik Capital S.à r.l on the debt financing to partially finance the acquisition of WATR Group.
