Elizabeth Oh is an associate in the Firm's New York office and a member of the Global Intellectual Property practice group. She supports clients in intellectual property disputes related to patents, copyrights, and trademarks. Elizabeth also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration asylum cases and reproductive rights.
During law school, Elizabeth was a Berkeley Center for Law and Technology Scholar and placed second in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition, San Francisco regionals. She served as Senior Articles Editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and was heavily involved with Startup Law Initiative as an outreach coordinator, offering pro bono incorporation services.
Prior to law school, Elizabeth was a mechanical design engineer, consulting for a diverse range of industries, including food and beverage equipment, healthcare, and consumer products.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing and Design Engineering, with a minor in Computer Science.
