Biography

Elloise is an Associate in the Firm’s Project Development and Finance Group, working across the Melbourne and Singapore offices. Elloise advises sponsors, financiers and independent power producers on complex project finance transactions including the acquisition, development and offtake of major infrastructure and construction projects in the Asia-Pacific region, with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.

Elloise's experience includes representation of:

The export credit agencies and commercial lenders on the approximately US$3.3 billion project financing of Ørsted's 632MW Greater Changhua 2 Offshore Wind Project in Taiwan.

The export credit agencies and a syndicate of international and Taiwanese banks on the US$1.6 billion project financing of Ørsted's and Cathay Life's 583 MW Greater Changhua 4 Offshore Wind Project in Taiwan. This deal won "Asia-Pacific Power Deal of the Year 2024" by PFI Awards.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP), through its fund Copenhagen Infrastructure V, on the divestment of a 10 percent stake in the 495 MW Fengmiao 1 Offshore Wind Project in Taiwan, to Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), a Japanese shipping company with global operations.

MMG Limited on its entry into a definitive agreement to acquire Anglo American's nickel business in Brazil for cash consideration of up to US$500 million.

MidOcean Energy Holdings in relation to the refinancing of the Mako Bridge Facility which comprises four Australian LNG projects (Pluto LNG, Gorgon LNG, Ichthys LNG and QCLNG). These projects were acquired by MidOcean Energy Holdings from Tokyo Gas for US$2.15 billion.
