Experience

  • Bluestar Elkem International on its over US$1 billion acquisition of the majority of the global silicones business of Elkem ASA.
  • CMOC, a major Chinese mining company, in its disposal of 25% equity interest in a holding company that indirectly owns 95% of the equity interest in a copper/cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo at the price of US$137.5 million.
  • Creative Artists Agency LLC in its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Portas Consulting Group Limited and related rollover by certain manager sellers.
  • DayOne Data Centers Limited, a Singapore-headquartered data center and digital infrastructure provider, on its US$672 million Series A equity financing of the international business operated by GDS Holdings Limited. This deal was recognized as "Deal of the Year 2024 for Private Equity and Venture Capital" by the China Business Law Journal 2024. 
  • DigitalBridge in its US$750 million carve-out acquisition of PCCW group's data center business in Hong Kong and Malaysia.
  • Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia on its US$140 million sale of 82.35 percent stake in Midas Health Company Limited, a medical devices company whose core segments include blood pressure monitors and digital thermometers.
  • NewQuest Capital in the sale of its portfolio company, Integreon, Inc., a leading global managed services provider, to EagleTree Capital, and Integreon's subsidiary, Grail Insights, to Escalent in parallel processes.
  • PAG in its acquisition of 50.18% of the equity interests in Hefei SARI Oborgen Biopharma Co., Ltd., which indirectly owns 90% of the shares of NMS Group S.p.A., an Italian innovative drug research and development company.
  • Shandong Hi-Speed Holdings Group Limited in its US$299 million private placement in VNET Group, Inc.
  • Zynga Inc., a global leader in interactive entertainment, in its US$525 million acquisition of StarLark, developer of the fast-growing and second-largest mobile golf game in the world, Golf Rival, from Betta Games.
