Overview

Eloy is an associate in the White & Case Commercial Litigation practice in Madrid.

He focuses his practice on advising multinational corporations in domestic and international complex civil litigation, arbitration disputes and competition litigation in a wide range of sectors.

Eloy has also broad experience advising multinational corporations in pre-litigious scenarios in the areas of EU and Spanish antitrust and competition law.

He has also been involved in advising multinational companies in EU regulations and has participated in IP and metaverse-related litigation.
