Emily's experience includes advising:

Jeonnam Offshore Wind Power Co. Ltd. on the development and project financing of the 99 MW Jeonnam 1 offshore wind project located off the coast of Shin-an County in Jeonnam Province, South Korea. Jeonnam Offshore Wind Power Co. Ltd. is a JV between South Korea's SK E&S Co., Ltd. and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners. This is the first non-recourse project financed offshore wind farm in South Korea.

Perdaman in relation to all aspects of the US$4 billion financing, development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Perdaman Chemical Urea Project in Western Australia.

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners on the US$3 billion development, project financing and various equity transactions of the 589 MW Changfang and Xidao (CFXD) offshore wind project in Taiwan – "Asia Pacific Renewables Deal of the Year 2020" by PFI.

The lenders on the €2.7 billion (NT$94 billion) financing of wpd's 640 MW Yunlin offshore wind project in Taiwan. The lender group includes multiple export credit agencies and a large syndicate of international and Taiwanese commercial banks. This deal won "Asia Pacific Renewable Deal of the Year 2019" by PFI Awards, "Overall ECA-backed Deal of the Year 2019" by TXF Awards, "Asia Pacific Offshore Wind Deal of the Year 2019" by IJGlobal Awards, and "Deal of the Year 2019" by Asian-mena Counsel.

EIG on its USD 2.15 billion acquisition (through its MidOcean platform) and financing of the interests held by TokyoGas in 4 Australian LNG Projects.

Neoen on the offtake agreements in connection with the Bulgana Green Power Hub, a 194MW wind farm and 20MW energy storage facility in Victoria, Australia.

INPEX Corporation in relation to the engineering, procurement, supply, construction and commissioning contract for the Central Processing Facility for the Ichthys Gas Field Development Project and the Floating Production Storage and Offloading facility for the Ichthys Gas Field Development Project.

FRV in relation to the refinancing of the Lilyvale Solar Farm in New South Wales.

PhilTower Consortium on its acquisition and financing of 1,350 telecommunications towers in the Philippines.

The lenders to Australian Super and Singtel in relation to the debt financing aspects of the acquisition of the Optus Towers Network.
