Representation of the arranger and dealers in connection with the update to Arion Bank hf.'s €3 billion European Covered Bond (Premium) Programme.

Representation of Landsbankinn hf. as issuer in connection with the establishment of its €2.5 billion Covered Bond Programme, updates and an upsize thereof, and issuances thereunder.

Representation of Landsbankinn hf. as issuer on the issuance of €300 million 6.375 per cent. Senior Preferred Green Notes due 2027 under its €2 billion Euro Medium-Term Note Programme.
