Representative experience includes advising in connection with a number of capital markets and debt finance transactions for:

  • The Republic of Serbia on its offering of €2 billion 3.125% notes due 2027 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S, listed on the London Stock Exchange.
  • Black Sea Trade and Development Bank on the update and upsize of its €2 billion euro medium-term note program.
  • MUFG Securities EMEA plc, J.P. Morgan Securities plc, Merrill Lynch International, First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC and Goldman Sachs International as Joint Lead Managers in Africa Finance Corporation's offering of US$700 million 3.125% notes due 2025 under their US$5 billion global medium-term note program.
  • Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and J.P. Morgan Securities plc as Joint Lead Managers on the offering by SID - Slovenska izvozna in razvojna banka, d.d., Ljubljana of €350 million in aggregate principal amount of 0.125% notes due 2025 guaranteed by the Republic of Slovenia.
