Emma is a partner in our London office's corporate practice and specialises in private equity with a focus on portfolio assistance. Prior to joining White & Case Emma worked in the London office of a leading global law firm and has also worked in a private equity-backed portfolio company and in a leading global investment bank, roles which involved managing stakeholder relationships as well as transactional and advisory work.
Emma runs the Advisory team which provides ongoing support to financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on all aspects of their capital structures and other strategic matters ranging from executive hiring and dismissals to new incentive schemes including management equity plans and share schemes, reorganisations, compliance issues and transformational operational activities.
