Eric is an associate in the Firm's New York office. His practice covers complex commercial disputes and investment and commercial arbitration.
Eric is active in asylum pro bono matters, helping asylum seekers navigate the US asylum and immigration system. He also continues to support the CLS-UH Asylum Law Exchange Program with Universität Hamburg which he founded while in law school.
Prior to joining White & Case, Eric interned with Judge George B. Daniels in the Southern District of New York and with Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes in the Eastern District of New York. Eric represented Columbia and placed fifth at the 25th Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court, receiving an Honorable Mention as Best Oral Advocate and for his team's written submissions. Eric also represented Columbia and placed first at the Judith S. Kaye Arbitration Competition in 2018.
