Erica Smith is an associate based in New York with experience in White & Case's Debt Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Groups. She represents leading commercial banks, investment banks, private equity sponsors, funds and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, leveraged acquisition financings, recapitalization and other debt financing transactions both domestic and cross-border matters. She also has experience representing clients and private equity funds in domestic and global mergers and acquisitions.

Erica earned her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she served as President of the Black Law Students Association.
