Overview

Evanthia is an Associate in the International Arbitration Practice based in Paris. Evanthia's practice includes international commercial and investment arbitration.

Prior to joining White & Case, Evanthia acquired experience in international arbitration at an international law firm in London and trained in civil and commercial litigation before the Greek courts.

Evanthia is actively involved in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She is the Vice President of the Moot Alumni Association.

Representing a State in a Paris-seated ICC arbitration in relation to the termination of a contract for the construction of a hydroelectric power plant.

Representing the investor in an UNCITRAL investment treaty arbitration relating to the regulation of fuel import and prices.

Representing a Middle Eastern company in a London-seated LCIA arbitration relating to a joint venture in the freight and logistics industry.

Represented a Middle Eastern company in a London-seated LCIA arbitration under a joint venture agreement for an aluminium smelter project.

Advising an airport operator in relation to a dispute over the concession of retail commercial spaces.

Acted for the respondents in a London-seated LCIA arbitration arising from a shareholder dispute in the telecommunications industry and involving parallel court proceedings in two jurisdictions.*

Acted for a European medical devices manufacturer in a London-seated LCIA arbitration arising out of a distribution agreement.*
