Biography
Fabian is a member of the Firm's Restructuring and Insolvency Practice. His focus is on insolvency, reorganization and restructuring matters within and outside of judicial insolvency proceedings.
In addition, he advises clients on StaRUG related matters.
Fabian also gained experience in US bankruptcy matters as part of his German legal clerkship at the Firm's office in New York City.
