Fabiana Pardi Otamendi's practice covers international arbitration and litigation with a particular focus on Latin America. She assists with advising corporate and sovereign clients in commercial and investment disputes and related negotiations. Fabiana is also active in pro bono activities assisting NGOs that represent victims of human rights violations.
Fabiana worked at the International Service for Human Rights and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights drafting submissions to the United Nations Treaty Bodies and managing cases on alleged violations of the American Convention on Human Rights. In Venezuela, Fabiana worked on landmark cases related to freedom of expression as well as the independence and impartiality of the judiciary.
She has also worked on numerous investor-state and commercial disputes at White & Case and at other international law firms, focusing her work on Latin America.
Fabiana is a Spanish native speaker and is fluent in English.
