Overview

Fabiana Pardi Otamendi is an Associate in the International Arbitration Group in Paris. Her practice covers international arbitration and litigation with a particular focus on Latin America. She assists with advising corporate and sovereign clients in commercial and construction disputes and related negotiations.

Fabiana is also active in pro bono activities assisting NGOs that represent victims of human rights violations.

Prior to joining White & Case, Fabiana worked at the International Service for Human Rights and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights drafting submissions to the United Nations Treaty Bodies and managing cases on alleged violations of the American Convention on Human Rights. In Venezuela, Fabiana worked on landmark cases related to freedom of expression as well as the independence and impartiality of the judiciary.
