Biography

Overview

Fabiola is an associate in the Commercial Litigation group in the Firm's New York office. Her domestic and international practice focuses on complex civil litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy litigation and antitrust disputes in both federal and state court. Fabiola has worked with a wide range of clients, from global conglomerates and international financial institutions, to law firms and institutional investors.

Fabiola maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on criminal appeals, and immigration proceedings. Fabiola worked with the Firm's team in defending a class action lawsuit bringing constitutional claims against a municipality in Missouri in connection with their jailing practices and conditions.

Before joining White & Case, Fabiola attended Harvard Law School, where she served as a research assistant to the International Human Rights Clinic, board member of La Alianza, and was the recipient of two international fellowships from Harvard University and Harvard's Human Rights Program. During law school, Fabiola worked on legal advocacy initiatives in Ghana, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Mexico.

Fabiola received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Texas at El Paso, graduating with summa cum laude honors.
