Biography

Overview

Felix is an associate in White & Case's Dispute Resolution group based in London. He has a broad practice in complex cross-border commercial litigation and international arbitration, with a particular focus on clients in the technology and financial services sectors.

Felix joined White & Case as a trainee, gaining experience in the Firm's Financial Restructuring and Insolvency and Capital Markets Groups in London. Felix also spent six months working in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group in the Firm's Stockholm office.

Felix is involved in a number of pro bono initiatives and received White & Case pro bono awards in 2017 and 2018 for his work advising employment and medical research charities.

Experience

Acting for a State in its defence of a claim under the 1976 UNCITRAL Rules. The claim is brought pursuant to a bilateral investment treaty and relates to allegations of expropriation, mistreatment and denial of justice.

Representing the owner of a controlling stake in Türkiye's leading mobile phone operator in LCIA arbitration proceedings concerning the disputed ownership of a US$1.5 billion stake in the operator.

Advising a note security trustee and noteholder group on litigation strategy in relation to several sets of proceedings commenced in England (Commercial Court) and Nigeria (Federal High Court and Court of Appeal) worth over US$1 billion in connection with the administration of a former LSE-listed international oil exploration and production company.
